With a technical team boasting 20 years of professional experience, we have mastered multiple techniques, including laser-guided pleating, smart memory pleats, and cold-press molding. Our self-developed digitized pleating system achieves millimeter-level precision control, ensuring uniformity and durability in every pleat. Whether working with delicate silk or heavy woolen fabrics, we deliver three-dimensional and stable pleated effects.
To guarantee quality, our factory is equipped with German Stoll fully automated pleating machines and implements a 12-step quality inspection process from fabric pretreatment to finished product packaging. We provide ODM services for several international brands.
